BEFORE INSTALLATION

All window and doors must be stored upright in a clean and dry location to prevent damage.

Products with timber reveals should be protected from mosture to avoid swelling or distortion.

All products need to be carefully handled and transported to secure their shape and quality, as well as prevent scratches, dents, or other surface damage.

DO NOT step on, stack heavy items on, or place excessive pressure on aluminum window and door frames, as this may cause permanent damage.

AFTER INSTALLATION

All protective wrapping, films, and tapes should be removed within 45 days of installation to avoid adhesive residue or surface marking.

All window and door frames should be protected from construction debris, paint, plaster, cement, chemicals, and other potentially damaging materials throughout the building process.

Glasses must be seriously taken care and carefully delivered by all trades. Those impacts, scratches, or contamination can unexpectedly lead to permanent and irreparable glass damage, especially broken glass.

Windows and doors should be cleaned with soft lint-free cloth/sponge. Don’t use high-pressure water jets or chemicals, as these may damage the powder-coating finish in long term. Can use only pH-neutral, non-abrasive cleaning products.

Do not clean glass or frames while they are hot or in direct sunlight, as cleaning solutions may dry too quickly and leave streaks or residue.

Regularly clean the tracks of sliding windows and doors to remove dirt, dust, and debris to ensure smooth operation.

Frequently lubricating hardware periodically, where required, to maintain optimal performance and extend the life of the components.

In coastal environments, window and door frames must be wiped at least every three months to protect the finish from salt build-up and corrosion.
